Toy Outreach Program Service

HLM's Christmas Toy Outreach Program Service (TOPS) networks with the Toys for Vermont® Program in providing new toys for children and youth in the Greater Burlington Community. Local stores and community members help in the donation of new Christmas items, including stockings, word games, bicycles, and watches in order to make Christmas a happy day for those in need within our community.

This week's health tip:

Trying to cut a sugary breakfast cereal habit? Think outside the box by mixing a little bit of unsweetened whole grain dry cereal into the sweetened variety. Gradually increase the healthier portion of cereal in the mix.
